We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product.
- At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, style, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return shipping costs are always covered by the customer.
- If you have received a wrong item, or wrong color and size, just email us at email@example.com and we will correct that. This can happen from sometimes and if it does, you will also receive a GIFT from us! Just to say we are sorry if we messed up.
- If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
