Q: How long does delivery take?

For domestic orders, you will receive your shipment 7-10 business days from the time of purchase.

For International orders, you will receive your shipment 10-14 business days from the time of purchase. Some deliveries may take longer for some international orders due to customs regulations within your country.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships).

In addition, you can simply enter your order # in the 'track your order' link listed in the support section of our website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Q: I accidently ordered the wrong size/color/product. What can I do? 

 

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made a mistake. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

Q: I accidently entered a wrong shipping address. What can I do? 

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made a mistake. If you notice us before the item ships, than we can make a change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.
